49th Nantucket Daffodil Festival April 24-27, 2025
The Nantucket Chamber has announced the 49th annual Nantucket Daffodil Festival. The highly anticipated event includes the always popular classic-car parade and Sconset tailgate picnic, Daffodil Flower Show and Daffy Events held at Children's Beach.

49th Nantucket Daffodil Festival Weekend Antique Car Parade & Tailgate Picnic
Antique Cars & Motorcycles will proceed to Main Street starting at 9:30am on Saturday, April 26.
Visitors can view them until just before 12 noon, when they will parade out to ’Sconset. The Tailgate Picnic in Sconset is from 12 noon to 3pm.
Due to high popularity entries into the Antique Car Show and Parade has reached capacity.
Daffodil Flower Show
The Nantucket Historical Association's Flower Power Party, in partnership with N Magazine and the Nantucket Chamber of Commerce, is the perfect way to spend Friday evening. Heavy hors d’oeuvres, festive libations, a photo booth, and a prize for the best “blooming” outfit! Join your friends at the Whaling Museum, 13 Broad Street.

Daffy Events at Children's Beach
Daffodil Festival events will be held at Children’s Beach Bandstand on Sat. April 26 starting at 10am.

Daffodil Hat Pageant - 10am
Show off your creativity with a festively decorated, daffodil-themed hat (Elegant or goofy? It's all fabulous fun!) and join the Pageant! Open to men, women, and children. Ribbons awarded in adult and youth categories.
Starting Saturday, April 26th at 10:00am to open the day's festivities, you don't want to miss it! Children's Beach Bandstand, Harbor View Way. A Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce Signature Event. -
Children's Beach Bike Parade - 10:35am
Fun for children of all ages and their families! Decorate your bicycle, wagon, skateboard, baby carriage or other self-propelled vehicles with a Daffodil theme, or simply come decked out in your best Daffy gear! Ribbons awarded to all participants. Children under 10 should be accompanied by an adult, and all children on bicycles MUST wear a helmet.
Staging begins Saturday, April 26th, 10:35 AM at Children's Beach bandstand, Harbor View Way. A Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce Signature Event. -
Dog Parade with NiSHA - 12:30pm
Deck out your four-legged companion in their Daffodil best for a howling good time! Join the Chamber in partnership with NiSHA (Nantucket Safe Harbor for Animals) for our Daffodil Dog Parade. Awards will be presented to the most dapper dog for an adorably memorable experience with the family.Sign-up on Main Street during the Antique Car Show or at Children's Beach after 12:15 PM. Staging begins at 12:30 PM at Children's Beach bandstand, Harbor View Way, directly after the Antique Cars head to Siasconset. A Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce Signature Event.
