The Festival of Wreaths and The Festival of Trees are highly anticipated Nantucket traditions that transform the Whaling Museum into a winter wonderland. To keep visitors safe this year you will need to book a viewing time before visiting.

Holiday trees crafted and designed by local businesses, non-profit organizations, artists, and children are featured throughout the museum. It is through their creativity that this special event is possible.

Festival of Wreaths
Beautiful wreaths crafted by local businesses and organizations are displayed during the week of Thanksgiving. In a silent auction, visitors can bid on their favorite wreaths. The proceeds from the auction go towards NHA outreach programs. Whether you are bidding or not, the Festival of Wreaths is a spectacular event that showcases the creativity and spirit of Nantucket residents.
