As our community is impacted by COVID-19, gifts to the food pantry will help ensure that vulnerable children, families, and seniors have enough to eat. NFP is responding to an increased need for food as families are out of work, children are out of school, seniors lose access to food and supplies and quarantined individuals cannot access grocery stores. The impact of school and work shutdowns, event cancellations, and restaurant closures will have far-reaching repercussions that will extend beyond the length of the viral pandemic.

For every dollar donated to the Nantucket Food Pantry, we will match up to $12,500. Our goal is to raise $25,000. Your donation will have an immediate impact on Nantucket families in need. This week alone the Food Pantry provided food and supplies for over two hundred households.
A charitable initiative fund has been established via the respected Community Foundation for Nantucket - your support will be directly distributed to those islanders in need through the Nantucket Food, Fuel, and Rental Assistance program. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
