Central air conditioning throughout plus three high-end and totally silent Haiku ceiling fans keep your family cool. Near the cabana is a gas fire pit to take the edge off the evening breezes surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Along with the pool and cabana, there is a large, flat and green grassy yard for young and old to enjoy. The backyard is fenced. The entire property is very private with mature privet hedges and trees as well as hydrangeas everywhere you look. First Floor: All four bedrooms in the main house have en suite Carrera marble bathrooms with rain head and hand held showers. The first guestroom has two bunk beds with Full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. The ensuite bath has a tub/shower combo. Two additional guestrooms each have a Queen size bed with flatscreen TV and have ensuite baths with showers. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, fireplace and a large flatscreen TV. There is a private outdoor Master shower grotto with Speakman sprayers accessed directly from the Master bath. That same deck holds two chaise lounges in a very private side yard for escape and relaxation. The Master bath has Waterworks fixtures in the sink and shower. You can hear the ocean at night in all four spacious bedrooms downstairs. Second Floor: On the second floor there is an open kitchen, dining and living area. There are decks on either side of the house, and a dining table on the west side. Top of the line kitchen has SubZero, Dacor and Asko appliances, custom cabinets and state of the art Dekton stone countertops. The study off the living room comes in handy for those times on vacation when you need to make a conference call or just a moment away. The study has a desk, highest speed wi-fi and ink jet printer. Theres also a game table for puzzles or cards and a deck overlooking the pool. Four wifi extenders provide internet coverage across the entire property. Ocean views from the upper living floor. Sonos sound system with 22 speakers in house, decks and cabana allows music for every occasion. Third Floor: The loft in the house is equipped with an Xbox One, a day bed and trundle. The cabana includes a five-seat bar with Scotsman ice machine, stainless steel slide top bar refrigerator, sink, margarita machine, and a four-burner Weber grill. Also in the cabana is a great room, play loft, two outdoor showers with Wondershower fixtures, bathroom, and a second LG high-efficiency washer/dryer for towels. The loft has two single mattresses for sleeping or getting away and reading a book.
