The original part of the house was built in the 19th century — but a number of additions and renovations have been made since then. The property includes 2 beaches: Out of the front door you are at the bayside, out the back you are at the oceanside. Both beaches are on the property and access along a sandy path from the cottage. The house can sleep up to 9 people. It has four bedrooms and an office with a futon. The kitchen has recently been completely redone. There is a dining room with harbor views and two connected living areas, also with harbor views. The cottage has a deck in the back and a private porch in the front, from which you can watch spectacular sunsets over the harbor in the evenings. Driftwood is located in Northern Wauwinet. The award-winning Topper’s restaurant is only a short walk away, and if you enjoy taking jeep trips out to Great Point, you have a head start. Off street parking on dirt road behind cottage.
