The four bedroom main house and three bedroom guest house have a relaxed open feel for someone who appreciates getting away from town to experience the feeling of old Nantucket. Large decks to enjoy the water views and the BEST sunsets on Island! Short distance to the beach. First Floor: Open living dining kitchen area with large pictures windows and panoramic views of Nantucket Sound and Tuckernuck. Sliding doors to a large deck with phenomenal views and the BEST sunsets on Island. Master ensuite bedroom with his/hers bathrooms, new distressed pinewood floors, his and hers closets, flat screen TV and ensuite washer and dryer. Guest bedroom on 1st floor has a king bed and full bathroom with shower. Second Floor: The second floor has a king bedroom with ensuite shower/tub combo bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and a work space desk and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a shower. Guest Cottage: Open living space on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms; one with a King, one with a Queen and one with a set of Twins. There are two full bathrooms. The beach is a 1/2 mile walk from the house down Eel Point Road to the head of  Eel Point Beach Road.
