First Floor:The open and sunny kitchen, cathedral ceiling living room with a huge L-shaped couch, and French doors opening to a spacious back deck allow for plenty of living and enjoying space. Second Floor: The nautical-rope lined stairwell leads to two adorable bedrooms, each with their own bath. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, small flat-screen TV, and a bath with a standing marble shower. The 2nd bedroom has a full-sized bed and a full tub. The third bedroom is downstairs, off the main area, with 2 adorable twin beds, and an adjacent bathroom with a standing shower. Additional Details: The raised back deck is equipped with rattan couch for sunning and a large dining table and BBQ for under-the-stars dinners. The old-fashioned front porch invites a sunset cocktail, and the back yard has plenty of running-around room for kids and (well-behaved) puppies. There is also a large slate patio that serves as the rear, and main, entry point for the house. This patio allows for an easy, post-beach space to drop sandy flip-flops and towels. “Flerwin”, named after the owners amazing yellow labs, Fletch and Irwin, welcomes dogs of all kinds. The only request is that they are very, very well behaved, super potty-trained, stay off the furniture, and that the yard is kept pristine by always taking them for a walk off-premises.
