A first floor master suite with King complete with sitting room over looking the moors and direct access to the pool & patio, an ensuite spacious bathroom with shower and separate jacuzzi tub, make up vanity and a walk-in closet. There is a powder room near the stairwell and a side entrance near the laundry room and pantry. Second Floor: includes a gaming area with a pool table and built in shelving and desk area plus seating and access to a deck that overlooks the conservation land, grounds and pool. There are three large bedroom suites: a Queen with sitting area, walk in closet, a balcony overlooking the moors and ensuite bath with a shower and separate tub; another Queen with sitting area and plus a desk and large closet with a window that could double as a nursery; and an ensuite bath with shower; a very large “Dorm” suite which sleeps up to 5 guests with a King bed, a single bed and a trundle bed with an ensuite bath with both a shower and a separate tub. Lower Level: features is home media room with assorted and comfortable seating; a stand up wine cooler and a gym with brand new equipment plus a steam room and sauna. There is also a half bath. A Queen suite with an en-suite bath with shower. There is a sound system throughout the house so guests can enjoy their choice of music in every room.
