Off to the right is the  1st floor Guest suite with private full bath and side door to an outdoor shower.  There is a mudroom with full sized washer/drying and powder room leading to the gournet kitchen. There is a oversized, ten foot island for casual seating that features white quartz countertops. The kitchen of course has high-end appliances that would agree with any chef.  An informal side entry consisting of four French door provides access to the pool and cabana, as well as the outdoor seating with gas firepit.

Second Floor:

A steel cable staircase leads up to a comfortable sitting area, with an upstairs washer & dryer tucked away behind a double doors. There are three bedrooms on this level:

A second master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom featuring contemporary 6 ft. vanitie, and a tiled shower. A door from this bedroom leads to a private deck.Two additional ensuite bedrooms, each with tiled bathrooms and high-end finishes.

Lower Level:

The lower level features a large living area with a flat-screen TV, a dry bar, card/game table, and a gym.
