TAX FREE two week rental. This property is available any two weeks late July and August 2025 on any turnover day. 3 Middle Tawpawshaw is a beautifully designed property located in a family friendly neighborhood surrounded by many acres of conservation land. At the entry to the neighborhood you’ll find access to the bike path, and walking paths are a only a few hundred feet away from the house leading out to the Moors. Attractively set back from the quiet road, the entry peeks through to the backyard and garden with cathedral ceilings creating an elegant and welcoming setting. There are many different living spaces at 3 Middle Tawpawshaw, both formal and casual, for family and friends to gather. The temperature controlled wine room and trophy room on the lower level are the perfect place to reminisce over a bottle of wine. The owner will be sharing twenty bottles of wine from the cellar for tenant use. Four each of chardonnay, rose, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon and Bordeaux. 

FIRST FLOOR:

The first floor features a large ensuite King bedroom with its own laundry. A spacious formal living room with vaulted ceilings, a formal dining room, den/office, as well as a more casual living/dining/kitchen area. There is easy access to the back deck and yard from both living areas and from the master bedroom.

SECOND FLOOR:

Upstairs to the left you will find An en suite queen bedroom with a large closet and another laundry room. To the right of the stairs, there are two bedrooms which share a bathroom. One of the beds has two twin beds and the other is a queen bed. 

LOWER LEVEL:

The main feature of this cozy lower level is the incredible wine cellar with nearly 1000 bottles to chose from. There is also plenty of seating and a TV to help unwind after a long day in the sun.
