Morgan Pomfret facilitates incredible experiences for Nantucket renters and property owners alike. She has a knack for matching visitors to the right island home and frees owners from rental responsibilities. Morgan does this professionally, seamlessly and with full attentiveness.

From the start, Morgan had her heart set on real estate. She grew up in Vero Beach, Florida and upon graduation, she obtained her Florida Real Estate license. While there, she gained invaluable experience working with the top producing sales consultant at Treasure Coast Sotheby’s International Realty. Morgan evolved her role into a full-time sales associate, and in 2019 she was introduced to the Nantucket market.

While on Nantucket, she connected with Chandra Miller and it was immediately apparent that their personalities, business values, work ethic and career goals aligned. The natural next step in Morgan’s career was to join Chandra as a Real Estate Assistant and Rental Coordinator.  Since 2019, she has become part of the backbone that is Chandra Miller Team and has grown into the role of Rental Director and Sales Transaction Coordinator. In 2021, Morgan obtained her Massachusetts Real Estate License and now works closely with buyers and sellers. She has a history of many successful transactions and long-lasting relationships alongside Chandra.

Morgan’s highlighted attributes are full attentiveness, immediate responsiveness and an unwavering work ethic. Her goal is to facilitate a seamless season. Like Chandra, she understands what makes a superior rental experience and applies that insight to all properties in the group’s exclusive rental program. She keeps current calendars and sets competitive pricing. Prior to every season, she conducts an audit of each home and ensures it is fully stocked. She also documents the home upon check in and check out and acts as the onsite contact for renter and homeowners. Whatever their need, Morgan makes each client a priority.

Outside of real estate, she loves island life with her Frenchie Beatrice. They enjoy playing fetch at the beach, summer sunsets, and dips in the ocean. Morgan can also be spotted sipping drinks with friends in town or enjoying her favorite delicacy - a lobster roll at Cru.
